Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator of Cuban descent in the shows Caso Cerrado and Ana Polo Rules. Ana was born and was raised in Cuba's Havana. Her move to Miami along with her family at age 2 after moving from Havana. Born in Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is the host of renowned Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado", the first Spanish show to be nominated the Daytime Emmy(r) Award. The show it was named the top Spanish-language show at 4pm across the key demos. Polo is a native of Cuba who was born on April 11, 1959. The actress attended Florida International University and graduated with a degree in political science. She then earned a PhD in Law at the University of Miami, and practiced for twenty years in Miami. Then she earned the PhD from the University of Miami, and later practiced law for 20 many years within Miami. Her legal skills were used in court shows as well as Telemundo Sala de Parejas 2001, as well as on the show Sala de Parejas. Literature and Awards. In the year 1958, she published Los Hijos Muertos. This novel earned her the Critic's Prize as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain, 1960. Polo has a cancer-free breast and often gives talks in order to raise funds. She has advocated for LGBT rights for a long time. She graduated in 1987 of law school at the University of Miami School of Law and a Florida Bar member.
