Rosalia
Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is the Spanish Pop/Flamenco performer. Involved in the margins of traditional and popular music since her teens she also delves into other styles like the hip hop soul genre and trap. Pepe Habichuela has described her voice as crisp and sweet but with a little bite. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned her a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and her follow-up album in 2018. El Mal Querer was a significant commercial and critical success that topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and ultimately getting the Grammy. The hit single La Fama featuring the Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami came out as her third full-length album. The album featured collaborations with fellow musicians and producers, such as Cory Henry. The show premiered in March 2022. began to be released in conjunction with the Saturday Night Live performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia became the first Spanish soloist to appear on the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami was the only woman ever to be the winner of the Latin Album of the Year two times, and also three Latin Grammy Awards.
